One study evaluated the effectiveness of CBD for stress. Out of 387 participants, 165 endorsed the use of CBD for anxiety. Of those, 141 reported feeling less anxious, while 21 reported feeling the same level of anxiety. However, one participant noted a slight increase in their anxiety. This study also showed that CBD may be helpful for those who suffer from depression and anxiety.
